Toronto police say a woman has been rushed to hospital with “life-threatening injuries” after she was struck by a vehicle downtown early Saturday morning.
Officers responded to the area of Dundas Street East and Seaton Street at around 2 a.m.
Police say the driver remained on scene.
Road closures were put in place on Dundas Street East at Seaton Street and on northbound Seaton Street at Shuter Street during the investigation.
Anyone with additional information is asked to come forward.
