Toronto police say a man in his 20s was rushed to hospital after an stabbing in the downtown area early Saturday morning.
Police responded to the area of Simcoe Street and Adelaide Street West for reports of a stabbing at around 3:31 a.m.
Officers located a male victim suffering from stab wounds. He was transported to hospital by Toronto paramedics. His condition was not immediately released.
Investigators say three male suspects wearing dark clothing fled the scene before police arrived.
The suspects were last seen travelling westbound on Pearl Street toward Duncan Street.
The investigation is ongoing.
